When the photo booth is a hit, guests love taking back-to-back photo sessions! If you notice digital shares taking a moment or prints rolling out steadily rather than instantly, here is what is happening behind the scenes.
- Digital Shares (Text, Email, or QR Code): Digital photos rely on venue cell service or Wi-Fi connections. If local reception is weak inside the venue, the system queues every image safely and sends them out automatically once connection stabilizes.
- Physical Print Queue: Our high-speed dye-sublimation printer processes prints one job at a time. When multiple groups use the booth continuously, prints queue up in order. Allow about 30 to 45 seconds per print run to give the printer time to roll out each photo strip.
- Checking the Output Tray: Ensure finished photo strips aren't piling up in the printer output tray, as a full tray can cause fresh prints to pause at the exit slot.
If prints stop completely for several minutes, please leave the printer unit as-is and contact Show-Me Soirees using the direct contact details provided in your booking confirmation so we can assist promptly!
