Quick Fixes for Common Photo Booth Questions During Your Event

Show-Me Soirees DSLR photo booth rental with umbrella strobe light and printing station.

Your photo booth is set up with professional camera and flash equipment so you and your guests can enjoy high-quality photo prints all event long! Because everything runs automatically, a few quick, safe checks can often clear up minor questions during your party.

Before giving us a call, try these practical checks:

  • The screen seems unresponsive: Touch the screen once directly in the center to wake or start the interface. Make sure no props, table covers, or guest hands are leaning against the touch display frame, as constant pressure on the edge can freeze screen responses.
  • The picture turned out completely white or blurry: Make sure your guests step into position directly in front of the camera lens before tapping the screen. If the countdown starts while the space in front of the booth is empty, the camera and studio flash auto-adjust to the distant background, leading to an overexposed or out-of-focus shot when guests jump in at the last second.
  • The camera is not triggering: Check that guests are standing at the designated spot in front of the booth. Tap "Start" once, look toward the camera lens on the booth shell—not the lower screen—and wait for the flash!
  • Prints are taking a moment: Standard prints process sequentially. If a group takes several photo sessions in a row, the printer on the stand next to the booth will work through the queue automatically.

If these quick checks don't fix the issue, please do not adjust any cables, light umbrella mounts, or equipment settings. Simply contact Show-Me Soirees using the contact details in your booking confirmation, and we will assist right away!
